This Sunseeker Portofino 47 is a 2007 model but is in incredible condition.
She truly is an outdoor-life yacht, with a solid quality feel to every aspect of her design. Specified with a Hard Top, Air conditioning, large generator among many optional extras, this is a fully specified example of this very popular Sunseeker model.
The submerging hydraulic bathing platform doubles as home for the tender. The accommodation below revolves around a large saloon and well-equipped galley with a master stateroom forward and a twin bed cabin aft, both en-suite. The cockpit above incorporates companionable seating forward adjacent to the helmstation with a second social area aft with seating, wetbar and sunpad.
This syndicator has a fleet of yachts on its books and offers a full yacht-management service with the availability of professional crew if needed.
Their usage programme is designed to be fair, flexible and enables good individual usage through their 4 season system. The co-owners get 80 days a year with a 25% share. This means in every season 20 days for each co-owner. She is moored in the Marina Salinas in Torrevieja, a modern and fully equipped yacht club with restaurants and bars.
The yacht is available throughout the year as the winter months are still pleasant on this Spanish Costa. The Marina Salinas is on walking distance from the city centre for great nights out and equally offers relatively short cruising distances from Ibiza, Mallorca and the Mar Menor.
They provide and all-inclusive service package to make arrival and departures a true pleasure, and simply to arrange through the syndicate’s online reservation system for easy booking. Even when not on board owners can view the Track & Trace system to follow the movement of the yacht.
The yacht will be registered in Spain into a Spanish SL. The co-owner will be owner for 25% of this company by shares, who’s share in the yacht are always free to sell on.
