If you’d like to benefit from an experienced, established syndicator with a number of beautiful boats on its books plus a full yacht-management service and professional crew if needed, this is a great choice.
The usage programme is fair, flexible and enables good individual usage. The boat’s location means it’s useable all year long thanks to the lovely local weather. And because the co-owners get 80 days a year with a 25% share, every season comes with 20 days for each co-owner. The yacht will be registered in Spain into a Spanish SL. The co-owner will own 25% of the company by shares, and you are always free to sell your shares onwards.
This fantastic yacht is moored in the delightful Marina Salinas in Torrevieja, a modern, beautifully equipped yacht club with its own cool restaurants and bars. The Marina is within walking distance of the town centre for exciting nights out and daytime explorations. Plus you’re only ever a short cruise, relatively speaking, from the delights of Ibiza, Mallorca and the Mar Menor.
This syndicate offers a quality all-inclusive service package to make arrival and departures part of the enjoyment, and booking your time on board is simple thanks to the syndicate’s online reservation system.
