French Riviera/Sardinia & Palma

Fractional Yacht Ownership in the Italian Riviera

The Italian Riviera exudes the very best of Italy being old world charm coupled with picture perfect ports tucked under this mountainous Mediterranean coast.

World renowned Italian cuisine and a friendly relaxed pace with seemingly unlimited hideaways make these seas the perfect location for getting away from it all yachting.

This coast is much less developed than the French Riviera and many boaters feel that the Ligurian Coast is an even better a yachting destination than its more famous French Riviera neighbour. Many itineraries are based on visiting beautiful town after beautiful town, each painted with the traditional orange and red facades, with an attractive church steeple above the town, with mountains behind, and a bustling port at your feet offering fine dining in a relaxed setting.

The Ligurian Coast stretches from France through the historic port of Genoa, and along the scenic mountainous coast including the very famous towns of Portofino, Camogli, San Rocco and the Cinque Terre.

Sanlorenzo SL104 Syndicate Information

We have had the privilege of working with other San Lorenzo syndicates in the past and we have one recurring issue. Co-owners grow to love the yacht so much over time they all want to buy the other co-owners’ shares and own the yacht outright! Something tells me that this yacht will have a similar fan base! The syndicate is run by experienced members some of whom who have enjoyed many years of co-ownership on various yachts in the past.

This syndicate is made up of 6 shareholders each enjoying between 6 and 12 weeks use a year. There is an even spread of owners , some are retirees and some parents with school age children. This means there is a broad cross-section of preferences regarding the choice of school holidays, and those who prefer to avoid time on board during those periods.Having a full time crew on board means this yacht can cover greater distances without having to return to its home port for change-over days. She therefore loves to cruise around Sardinia & Corsica and have regular visits to the Italian Riviera coupled with the Cote d Azur as her summer haunts. Palma is her winter home port, so that owners can continue to enjoy on board stays out of season in the heart of a vibrant capital city during sunny and relatively warm winter days. This syndicate is a Fractional Association Platinum Member, working to the association’s Code of Conduct and fulfil their structured maintenance and management criteria. This includes an owners’ website for the selection of their weeks, a communication forum and real time access to her ongoing expenses. This spacious flybridge yacht was selected because it has 4 high sumptuous cabins, each one boasting a decent en-suite heads with extra features like his & hers sinks and a bidet. With her contemporary style and innovative layout, she encourages casual living and a relaxed outdoor lifestyle. Expansive deck spaces offer myriad relaxation and entertaining arrangements. The expansive flybridge has a recently fitted hard top, making this the perfect spot for alfresco dining sheltered from the midday sun. The main deck aft has a fixed lounging area, which is also shaded, and for those looking to enjoy the Mediterranean heat there are ample sunbathing spaces both forward on the main deck and on her sundeck. Her interior includes a beautifully appointed main salon which is flooded with natural light and boasts light soft furnishings with sumptuous modular seating to allow guests the flexibility of lounging and interaction. Luxury goes hand in hand with style and comfort throughout her guest accommodation. She has a well-appointed master suite on the main deck and a further three double cabins on the lower deck.Powered by two MTU (16V2000 M93) 2,400hp engines, she is capable of a top speed of 29 knots, and comfortably cruises at 25 knots. With a full service history, she is in immaculate condition and available for inspection in Palma, Mallorca. The expertise of the syndicate is immediately recognisable by their careful selection of this very high calibre and somewhat uniquely customised San Lorenzo yacht.
